The Egg Table Lamp from Pallucco is a daring design from the mind of Enrico Franzolini, it’s intricate and retro at once, placing strong lamping beneath glossy blown glass. The old artisanal technique of glassblowing within a metal cliché are on full display, transforming its orderly exterior with individual, organic appeal. Suggestive of a cocoon or metamorphosis, each fixture is slightly different from any others, imbued with an individual character that provides a mellow glow when lit, and arresting retro sculpture when unlit.
