"#sweepstakes The chair and ottoman are a classic. Comfortable and I think they've kept the quality up which is cirtical since you're spedning the money to buy the authentic thing and not one of the many cheaper look-alikes that are everywhere. Why not 5 stars? It was about the delivery and tracking process. Very little communication and then when the email did come it said the chair was going to be delivered on a certain date. The date came and there had been NO communication. I had to call the shipper and arrange an appointment (the online appointment didn't work and no communication from Lumens said I would have to do that) . Then shipper was supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. They never did. When buying high end furniture from a high end store--you expect better.

This chair is everything I hoped and dreamed it would be. It's gorgeous. It's iconic. It also is very comfortable. It came in one piece so no assembling required which was awesome. The box was perfectly designed and made to hold the chair and ottoman. Zero damage. Make sure you read and understand the various finishes and choice of leather. It makes a big statement in a room so you want to be really sure what you're ordering. You also must get the footstool. Do not cheap out and omit it. I don't think the chair would look anywhere near as fabulous without it. This is not the time or place for cutting corners. You will be thrilled with this chair. I've waited my whole life to get one!
