The Drape Circle 28 Chandelier from SkLO cascades overhead with a wondrously handcrafted design. Real-life married couple Karen Gilbert and Paul Pavlak make up the design team SkLO. Here, they present an intricate design that draws from modern California design and centuries-old Czech glassmaking techniques. It features twenty-eight individual handblown glass pendants that suspend from fabric-wrapped cord, draping through multiples rings in descending size. The resulting composition is a dramatic display of light that will provide elevated luxury to locales of choice.

SkLO

Located in Northern California, SkLO is the brainchild of artist Karen Gilbert, architect Paul Pavlak, and Czech-native Pavel Hanousek. The three met in Healdsburg in 2009, and after discovering a unanimous passion for hand-blown glass (sklo means “glass” in Czech), they decided to create a multi-disciplinary studio focusing on glass lighting and accessory design.
