I'm going to have to replace this fixture because the glass in front of the bulbs isn't wide enough to cover them. When you walk into the room you're blinded by the glare from the bulb. I called and they would not return it because I had it longer than 30 days.

Ugh! This light looks too cheap. The bulbs are fully exposed. Unless this is installed in some weird application where you don't look up at it or off to the side, it would be OK. Unfortunately my electrician had already installed one before I saw how awful it was. I was able to return the second one still sealed in its box (I think. It's a cumbersome process. Still waiting for a label) but Lumens refused to take back the installed one even though the description did not say the bulbs are visible. The photos are misleading. I love Visual Comfort but not this line.

I would have given this fixture 5 stars except for the fact that the glass front piece is not tall enough to cover/hide the bulbs provided. Since this is a vanity fixture that is mounted over the mirror the bulbs are visible both when the light is on and when it is off. Not nice to look at and not what I was expecting based on the online pics so I will probably look for something else for my other bathroom. The glass front piece should be several inches taller to correct this one flaw.
