I love My New Clarity II Ceiling Fans. They Are the best fans for My house, modern design, simple, the light Works great with the dimmer and It comes with the option of a remotel control or Wall control. The only thing I wished is that It comes with 2 controls: Wall and remote. I recommend this product.

I had bought 3 of the fans for the bedrooms. I got them because of the remotes and no chains to pull but one remote works all 3 fans, turning off lights from other rooms and controlling the fan. Not good!! The fans should be programmed with the remotes from the manufacturer but they are not nor is there any bold letters that this needs to be done. So the installer will have to come back....But over all I love the light it gives and its quiet. The look is totally cool!!

Great alternative to the usual fan/light combo.

A perfect way to incorporate a fan / light combo into a room without the light becoming the overbearing feature. The only reason this is not a perfect review is because the light itself could have an option when purchasing to be either cool or warm. The light is in the warm spectrum and for our purpose a cooler spectrum would be better.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAN - IT LOOKS GREAT, BUT THE CAPACITOR INSIDE IS VERY CHEAP AND WILL BREAK - MONTE CARLO WILL NOT LET YOU BUY THE PART TO FIX IT SO YOULL LOSE ALL THE MONEY - THE PART IF 6$ !!!! DO NOT BUY
