The light source is not replaceable. Yes, they may last for years, but when the light burns out, you have to replace the entire fixture. And if you've got several of these, they'll all need to be replaced when one burns out (if you want them to match).

This sconce is definitely modern and is perfect in its simplicity. Looks good in our rustic setting so would work in any design genre. Not one you will see on every home you pass!

My aesthetic is more clean European design; mixing antiques, retro and new funiture with lots of art. These provide great amount of light without being glaring. Fantastic value: look much more expensive.
