Key Features
A minimalist piece inspired by the looming and often wondrous qualities of industrial chimneys. The Ciminiere Ditalia Octagonal Floor Lamp from Rotaliana by Luminart substitutes the cloudy particles billowing out the top of industrial chimneys for a clean, relaxing light. It’s a piece that says refinement, a quality central to design duo Dante Donegani and Giovanni Lauda’s process of simplification. The floor lamp easily adapts to a room through its use of clean geometry. A low-profile metal base anchors the structure with a sleek edge to the ground. From it, a tall column rises in a series of eye-catching facets created by its octangular form. These facets draw the eye as they create varying shades of light value in the bright of the day or at night. The core of the column holds a small but mighty LED light source. Like the factory chimneys diffusing vapors, ambient light scatters upwards for an intriguing atmosphere.
With a commitment to environmentally conscious lighting, Rotaliana by LUMINART fixtures embody the best of Italian design in a way that maintains everyday utility. Signature lighting collections from Rotaliana by LUMINART include its Squiggle collection, featuring neon linear suspensions and floor lamps, and the Dina collection of LED pendants and table lamps, both available in an array of finishes. Its Capri collection includes table, floor and suspension lamps with laser-cut aluminum shades that evenly diffuse light.
