I've purchased 2 of the same lights. One works, one doesn't. I do get lovely compliments on how cool the lights are but need them to both work.

EXTREMELY DIM FOR LED LIGHTS

VERY PERPLEXED. INSTALLED NINE OF THESE FIXTURES IN A 24X24 TRAINING ROOM. LIGHT IS VERY DIM. THEY ARE SPECIFIED AS 1040 LUMENS. THIS SHOULD LIGHT A 10X14 ROOM WELL. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THIS AMOUNT OF LIGHT. EVEN WITH LARGE WINDOWS PROVIDING NATURAL LIGHTING, THE OVERALL EFFECT IS DIM. I HAVE CONTACTED TECH SUPPORT TODAY. HOPING TO HEAR BACK. NOT SURE THERE IS A SOLUTION NOW THAT FIXTURES ARE INSTALLED. HUGE SIGH OF DISSATISFACTION. CHERYL VON TRESS INTERIORS+, SOUTHERN OREGON.
