As though carved from a nearby glacier, the Chill LED Wall Sconce by Modern Forms adopts an organic, iridescent splendor as light sifts through its thick seeded glass. Set firmly atop a Polished Nickel frame, the crystal sparkles in the light of high-powered, dimmable LEDs, where each bubble becomes a unique point of refraction, creating a scattered, shimmering effect. As an up and down light, this sconce fulfills a variety of lighting needs, whether as an upscale lobby sconce, a theater room sconce, or a luxury bath sconce.
Founded in 2013 by parent-brand WAC Lighting, Modern Forms takes a cutting-edge, eco-friendly approach to luminaires and fans. Each product features the most efficient LED technology available, while fans specifically run on a sensor-less, silent DC motor that’s controlled by an exclusive smartphone app. The materials used – including seeded crystals, Piastra glass, 24K gold leaf, and cast metals – are blended together by expert craftsmen who draw inspiration from the iconic minimalism of Mid-Century and Scandinavian design.
