In 2019, Sinja Svarrer Damkjær designed this piece after a trip to Italy. She was inspired by the way the flower handlers carried tulip bundles at the market, how the head’s naturally curved downward and gracefully swayed with each step they took. An expression of poetry and grace, each crisp and welcoming shade represents a softly blooming flower. The shades are gently intertwined, allowing for a full and even layer of light to touch every aspect of the room just after the bulbs within fill the shades with life.

Le Klint

Tage Klint pioneered the family handicraft business in Denmark in 1943, inspired by P.F. Jensen-Klint's invention of the pleated lampshade. Tage added the elastic collar to the top of the shade to better keep the pleats from unraveling. The business was passed down to Tage's son, Jan Klint, in 1953, who still runs the company.
