Pros - Great aesthetic, puts out of lots of omnidirectional light, straightforward installation (and good instructions). Good value for the dollar, Cons - The metal used in the ceiling canopy is quite thin, which can lead to flexing and can make it a bit fiddly to get it closed with the electrical wiring inside. Requires an ELV dimmer which can be pricey if you don't already have one. Neither here nor there - The suspended portion of the fixture (the "X" bar) is pretty much all metal-colored plastic (excluding the LED strip which is white).
