- We recommend cleaning outdoor textiles regularly and simply brushing off loose dirt. Please clean stains with a damp cloth with cold to lukewarm (not warmer than 38°C) water. A soft cloth with which the stains can be carefully removed is recommended for this. Rubbing can damage the material. We recommend removing damp spots with a dry cloth and air drying of outdoor textiles. Please never use high heat on the fabric.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
