Comments about Carmina Pendant

We've had this in our home for 4 years and by year two the shade material began to tear. I reached out to Lumens on multiple occasions to try to replace the shade material with no luck (even after their staff assured me they would work with me to send a replacement shade). Extremely disappointed despite it's beauty, the quality is just not there.
