Do not put any extremely hot or cold food items/beverages in direct contact with the wood surface as this may cause marking or damage to the finish. Spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent permanent discoloration to the wood.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
