• Brush off loose dirt. For the fabric, spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap. Use a soft bristle brush to clean (avoid hard-bristled brushes). Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge. Air dry. For the Teak, quickly clean as much of the spillage as possible by dabbing the area clean with a clean, absorbing cloth. Use clean water to spray dirt away from the surface and dry thoroughly. Do not use soap. To maintain teak’s golden hue, apply a teak oil or sealer once or twice a year. For deeper restoration, lightly sand the wood with 120–220 grit paper before applying oil to revive its warm, amber tone. To achieve teak’s gray patina, place the product in direct sunlight and accept the natural transformation process, which may initially result in temporary stains and patchy appearances that will eventually evolve into a uniform patina in 6 to 12 months.
