These are great pendants for where we installed them. Quality glass shades, clean matte finish on the metal parts. They arrived on the same day I received the shipping notification, which was a nice surprise. My only gripe is the amount of styrofoam that the shades were packed in: it kept them safe, yes, but man, we were picking up bits of styrofoam for days afterwards. It was almost impossible to remove the shades without snapping styrofoam apart, causing beads to fly everywhere. #sweepstakes
