We needed a small fan for newly remodeled bathroom. Happy to say it has worked out perfectly. Love the option to install with or without the light. The light is dimmable and the fan has various speeds.

I had a couple of issues with the assembly where I had to undo steps because information was not in the right order. I suggest you fully read the steps before starting.

Small blades, small light

We bought this fan for our kitchen remodel. We added more cabinets above the oven which interfered with the existing 32in bladed fan. The size and style are exactly what we were looking for. Install was straightforward and relatively easy. The only down side and reason I can't give 5stars is that the light on this unit is weak. It is definitely not a solid, bright kitchen light, so we end up turning on all the others now, when preparing food. There maybe brighter upgrades available, but I haven't had the time or energy to research. Second item is the fact the fan blades are so small, the fan doesn't circulate air as well as the bigger ones (obviously). Overall the design and quality of the fixture is great. It's our special situation forcing us into a smaller, dimmer ceiling fan/light!
