LED light not working, can't get a replacement

I bought five of these lights, and one of the lights stopped working within the first year you would think that would be under warranty since LEDs are supposed to last a long time. I've been trying for six months to get replacement parts, and they just stopped following up with me.

Positioning of mount is important to know before buying

hinkleylighting.comIt's important to know that the mounting area is the part of the light where the external light is. If you are replacing a light, you will either be uplighting the wall instead of downlighting the ground OR it will be mounted way too high. It's a gorgeous light, but that feature wasn't clear to me online.
I would buy this product again.
