Very poor support from both Lumens and Visual Comfort. Huge restock fee of 25% to return and rebuy. Visual Comfort did not respond to any attempt to communicate as well

Our old fan motor was starting to make too much noise. I loved the style of this gorgeous fan. My husband installed it in the same space as our old fan without much issue. Fan arrived very quickly.
