I've been looking for the right light for over my sink for years--yes, years. This was it. I struggled a bit about the color but ultimately decided on the black, which I decided I couldn't go wrong with. The electricians have already prepared the installation site, and It will be installed tomorrow on the wall behind my sink and just above the window there. I'm light-sensitive and wanted something incandescent and feel lucky to have found this one. I'm not including photos because the three lights for that area--each centered above a window--were initially to have been daisy-chained pendulums. To separate the center light from the other two lights, the electricians had to break the daisy chain. In doing so, they cut holes in the ceiling, which have not yet been plastered.
