Not dimmable, loud buzzing

This is a terrible light. We had a replacement sent because the first light didn't work, and the second one doesn't dim and emits a very loud buzzing noise. We did a full house renovation and had many new lights installed without issue. This is the only light we ordered from Lumens and it is the only one we've had problems with. Incredibly frustrating.
