When I order it had 2-3 days on the products. After multiple missed shipped dates I contacted Lumens. The customer service is poor at best. The people are short and snarky to they only order through the manufacturer. If you're selling it take accountability and actually take the time to solve the problem or answer the question. Two times I had people that were more interested in making smart remarks instead of helping. A month later I received the lights and they are nice.

They have a soft matte finish that is really nice. They put out quite a bit of light, but because the light is only up and down (not translucent at all), I would appreciate even more lumens.
