I was delighted when this sideboard arrived! It was packed securely to prevent damage during shipping (requires 2 people to remove it from packaging). The piece was already put together with the exception of the knobs and shelves. A few highlights of this sideboard that I was pleased with include the soft close doors and drawers (don't have to worry about my china breaking when the doors close), beautiful wood texture with deep grooves, and the rich brown color. It's almost a black I'm at times and a rich brown with warm undertones at other times. I was able to fit a substantial amount of china and linens inside. I highly recommend!
