The Africa Side Table from Noir takes its shape from two rounded volumes: a wide-open bowl set above a bulbous, egg-like base. A slender, curved metal waist joins the pair, its looped detailing echoing the rounded language of the forms above and below. The piece feels closer to a small sculpture than to a conventional side table, with every curve appearing to be shaped by hand. Cast in iron, it holds real weight, and the matte surface lets the geometry stand on its own.
