Some years ago I bought one 1) The transition from frame to fabric at the front of the seat formed an uncomfortable ridge. 2) The lumbar pad broke apart. 3) The friction armrest height clamps didn't worrk... kept sliding down. Customer service brushed me off. 4) The seat fabric tore.

I got two of these chairs delivered 3 weeks ago fully loaded including the Adjustable Posture Fit SL to help support my back in the Lumbar and Sacral area since I had part of my L 4-5 disc removed many years ago. I have had lower back pain consistently since then, especially when sitting at a computer for hours at a time with my old Office Max adjustable office chair. When I first sat in this chair I felt the added support in both the lumbar and the sacral region. It supported my body from the upper thighs all the way up to my lower back. After making the proper adjustments to the chair, within the first couple of weeks my back pain actually subsided while I am sitting in this chair. Although I still have back issues from the damage to my back and arthritis, it almost completely goes away while I am in this chair due to the adjustments in the lumbar that fit my spine curvature perfectly. The only hiccup was that I requested leather arms for the chairs as I get skin reactions to vinyl. When I received the chairs and they had vinyl armrests, the support team at Lumens was outstanding and they had replacement leather armrests shipped directly to my home. Now my chairs are complete and completely awesome Thank You Lumens for an outstanding chair, delivery and support combination that is unbeatable, especially in this post-pandemic culture where many businesses now believe customer service is optional! I also like that these specific chairs are warrantied for 12 years including the webbed seats according to the Herman Miller website and were on sale at Lumens during a Black Friday promotion.

I bought this just about a month ago and it was a very wise investment. My back stopped hurting immediately! I am able to rise from my chair easily with no need to hold onto the arm rests. Very comfortable and adjusts to your form. Worth every penny. I also sleep better. When a chair relieves that much stress from your body, you cannot go wrong!

Perfect in every way. I used an Aeron years ago (pre-2016 reboot) at a former employer. I loved it. The owner was very cheap and not the kind of guy who would buy an Aeron, so I assumed it was a knock off. When I found out it was a real Aeron I told him I was surprised he'd buy one. He said "You spend 8+ hours a day in it. It's one thing you can't be cheap about!" He was right. After years of saving money by using subpar chairs I sprung for my own Aeron, and I have no complaints. I got all the works, it's fully customizable, and I recommend doing the same. Not cheap but worth every penny. Your body will thank you for it!
