Took hubby who's quite the handyman about 11/2 hrs to install,main holdup was trying to pry open the chain links to adjust the length.I called customer service and there was no wait time.The service rep was very helpful. She suggested I pick up a pair of special pliers used to spread links which are pretty heavy duty.Overall LOVE THE CHANDILIER !
