The Ingo Maurer 24 Karat Blau T Table Lamp features gold leafing beaten to a thickness of 1/10.000 mm (corresponding to 1.000 atomic layers), allowing short-wave blue light to pass through. Yellow-gold light is reflected, giving the inner surface of the lamp a gold appearance when lit while the outer surface is blue. A mode of self expression, the shades on this lamp can be arranged in various shapes and angles for a look unique to its owner.
