After a tree crushed our sunroom, we decided to replace a 20 year old Casablanca with a more modern motif and functionality. We saw the Modern Forms Spinster in a store and were ready to buy but were put off with how little (none) after sale support: Little knowledge of the product, no improved warranty assistance no installation support, etc. We shopped around and discovered Lumens who who gave us great confidence that despite being on-line they "had our back" should there be any future problems. In this day and age, "lifetime" is in reality measured in goldfish years anyway. What you hope is that it works out-of-the box. This fan does and it is quiet, balanced, has great features and was easy to install DIY.
