- The cutlery is dishwasher safe, but not dishwasher-proof. We advise against long-term use in the dishwasher and recommend hand washing. Please make sure not to use any harsh or aggressive cleaning agents. Never use steel wool, scouring pads or hard brushes to remove stubborn dirt. This can permanently damage the surface. When washing by hand, always clean in the brushing/grinding direction. Otherwise, scratches may occur.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
