It's always risky to order a work chair online without having the benefit of sitting in it first but this came highly recommended and I'm very happy with my decision to purchase it. It's comfortable, sturdy and sleek looking. Love it!

Well designed task chair

Overall the chair is very solid, even though it's fairly light weight. The back mesh isn't super flexible, so there's plenty of support even without the lumbar option. The seat itself is a fairly course but high quality fabric. The arms are plastic (no fabric), but they're a little flexible, and the front of the armrest is rubbery enough to flex a little, which may help a bit if you tend to rest your wrists on them. This isn't the kind of chair you'd want to get for relaxing in so much...it's very comfortable, but it's really designed to be a work chair. If you're looking for something to tilt back and watch videos or movies on for hours, I'd think about a different model. But for computer work or similar applications, this chair is a champ.

First, I was attracted by the SAYL chair's innovative design, then the stunning color options. When I read about its earth-friendly materials, I was just excited to try it out. So I ordered this beautiful thing and when it arrived, it was COMFORTABLE!! No more sore back, it swivels so smoothly, and after three months I still love it. The price was fair, it arrived well packed, and it assembled easily. My SAYL chair is my best purchase this year, even my skeptical husband is envious and I still smile every time I sit at the computer. I cannot thank you enough

Easy ordering , delivery was quick without a hitch. Assembly simile. Nice office chair. There were too many options to sort thru. Like buying a stripped car and adding all the things you think you will need. Since i do not spend extended time at this desk, I did not choose options for arms.
