The Pottersville Chandelier from Hudson Valley Lighting suspends wide dome shades from lengths of chain attached to a central canopy, creating a relaxed, contemporary arrangement at staggered heights. The clean, simple forms draw on midcentury industrial design, allowing the glaze to take center stage. Skilled Vietnamese potters apply a crackle glaze to each ceramic shade, creating subtle variations in tone and pattern that make every piece unique. Hung above a kitchen island or in a hallway, the clustered shades cast layered pools of light.
