With its retro-futuristic design, the Phasme Table Lamp from Rispal is the first model born from the revival of the Rispal house. Inspired by the brand’s iconic Praying Mantis, the Phasme retains its predecessor’s key characteristics but features a mouth-blown opaline lampshade. This insect-like lamp exudes more than just light—it adds a distinct presence to any space. Georges Léon Rispal founded his lighting company in 1924, and designer Douglas Mont has revived these avant-garde designs, preserving the brand’s innovative legacy.
Rispal, a Paris-based lighting and home décor brand, is well known for its eco-friendly approach to lighting design. The brand is best known for the iconic Mante Religieuse floor lamp, which epitomizes Rispal's philosophy of environmentally responsible production, using only sustainably sourced materials in its designs.
