The PRC06 Trio Table/Wall Lamp from Lambert & Fils sets a welcoming and wondrous scene with a family of brilliant forms inspired by the classic flashlight. Creator Adrien Rovero’s approach centers on keen observation of details and needs of his surroundings. Here, Rovero crafts the piece with childhood imagination in mind. It starts with a group of cylindrical aluminum bases that place the lamping at various heights for a diverse yet united silhouette. These connected cylinders evoke the flashlight’s tubular handle. Handblown frosted glass shades crown each base like a jewel. While off or on, these shades’ tapered forms recall a flashlight’s beam. Warm, glare-free light combines from each shade as a filling aura.
