Lago Medium Table Lamp

While I am overall happy with the finished lamp, all Lumens really offered was a better price by about twelve percent than the manufacturer direct. Prior to ordering I made a call to Lumen to better understand whether the unique bulb the lamp uses would be included, and the rep said the Lumen listing showed it was not, and it would be an additional thirty dollars or so (bringing the price almost exactly as the manufacturer was direct selling it for). I mentioned that the manufacturer's own sales site reflected the lamp would be shipped included, and then the Lumen rep reversed course said if that shows as such, then we could assume the bulb does come with it. This was contrary to Lumens own sales listing, emphasizing a bulb did not get included. When the lamp did arrive (bought from Lumen but drop shipped from the manufacturer), it did indeed include the proper bulb. While I am pleased the bulb did come with it saving me some money, the lack of attention to detail from Lumen's phone rep was unsatisfactory. Additionally, Lumen's tracking information reflected an approximately four week delivery of the lamp, which I was prepared for. Yet if one ordered the lamp direct from the manufacturer, the delivery was two weeks. Reality was it did arrive in two weeks which I was happy about, yet Lumen's shipping info was useless.

This lamp is beautifully designed and functions perfectly as I had hoped. I actually bought 2 to go on either side of my bed and I am glad I did. Sometimes a product turns out to be better than you thought, and this is one of those products.
