- Clean frames with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive brushes or harsh cleaners, as they may damage the finish. In coastal areas, salt should be removed regularly to help prevent oxidation or discoloration. We recommend covering furniture during inclement weather and when not in use, ensuring frames and cushions are fully dry before covering. In freezing climates, keep frames free of standing water and covered or stored indoors during winter to help prevent damage.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
