To maintain its appearance and longevity: Always ensure the power is switched off at the source before cleaning or handling your fixture. Metal and Glass: Clean regularly using a soft, lint-free damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents that could damage the finish. Wood, stone, shell, and other natural materials: Clean regularly using a soft, lint-free cloth or a gentle static duster. Do not use water or wet cloths to clean the fixture, as moisture can affect the materials and finish.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
