I purchased the table in June with the expectation of receiving it in 5-6 weeks. Wile I waited, Lumens continued to charge my account and credit my account multiple times every week for 8 weeks. They changed the expected delivery date repeated. When I canceled my order, they said the would cancel it but then two days later they sent me notice that it was being delivered. When I checked the delivery status with FedEx they said that Lumens secured a mailing label but had not given them the package to mail. Thus there was nothing to track. I contacted Lumens and they said that they could not cancel the order because it had been shipped. It had not been shipped and was not scheduled to be shipped for several months later. I am assuming at this point, based on my experience and the experience of other customers with similar experience that this company does not actually have product available to sell, rather, their business model is not to warehouse any product but rather to order from the manufacturer after you order it from them. Thus, while they readily take your money, they don't actually know when or if they will have the product available because they never had it it to sell it to you in the first place. This is a fraudulent company. I contacted the credit card company to report fraud and to recover my loss. After several days the order was canceled and the charges reversed. The whole 2 month process was exhausting as I got run around and deception from the company. My guess is you will respond to this comment with an AI generated "sincere" letter of apology hoping that what I said won't influence anyone to avoid your company, as they should avoid it, and to pretend somehow that none of this was you fault or of your own making. Let's be clear, your company, Lumens, is a fraudulent company.
