Duet LED Wall Sconce

Customer service with this company is poor. We ordered this light (listed as "available to ship in 2-3 business days") on 6/30/25. There were no email updates as to the delivery date, so after over 3 weeks of waiting, I looked up the order # and proceeded to track the delivery. It stated that the light was scheduled to SHIP Septermber 25, 2025 - that's almost 3 months after placing the order! Yet when I checked the listing on their website, it still showed this light "available to ship in 2-3 business days." On 7/22/25 I contacted customer to cancel my order and received this response: "We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel an item that you ordered. We will make every effort to cancel the item, however once an order is in process a cancellation request is not guaranteed." Miraculously, that afternoon they notified me that the light had shipped! The light itself deserves 5 stars - as described, nice, compact low-profile light. We installed it, and it looked nice, however decided it wasn't what we wanted for our front entry. Rather than attempt a return we've decided to use it elsewhere on our property.

I have no less than 8 of these and love their warm, indirect light they provide. They wash the wall and reflect off of the ceiling so they create a nice glow to whatever room they are in. They are perfect for hallways, but I also use them in two baths as well.

Great little light, highlights the wall texture nicely and blends into the drywall so it's not obtrusive. Perfect for tall ceilings in hallways.
