Damaged lamp not impressed with service

The lamp and the shade arrived damaged. Then it got worse when I could not speak with customer service to receive a replacement, I was told that the rep would send an email to the replacement team. My replacement would not ship for at least a week even though the lamp was available. Painful.

Lamps were just as pictured on the website. Great because you can trust what you see!! Generally shy away from online shopping simply because you never know what you will get; but not here!! Just recommended site to a friend who loved it.

This product is very well made. I ordered the apple green lamp and found that the colour was as pictured online. As I am so pleased with this purchase, I will be ordering another Robert Abbey lamp in the near future. Well worth the price as well as the wait to receive it.
