The Atlas by Matthews Fan Co. Dagny Dual Rotational Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit takes the retro aesthetic to a whole new level of cool...and light. Dagny is available with metal blades (with metal blade guards), or with solid wood blades (without blade guards). Each fan head is 16" in diameter, and they can be infinitely positioned in 180-degree arcs for optimum air movement. The greater the angle, the faster the axial rotation, with 60 degrees being optimal.

I have the fan in brushed nickel with the cages. It is a beautiful, delicate looking fan. One of the coolest features is that the fans' directions are adjustable. Getting the 5" downrod for my 9' ceilings proved to be a bit of an ordeal. This fan is replacing an old with fan with four bulbs, and I'm realizing now I'm going to have to put in 1-2 recessed lights to make up the difference.

Good construction. Our installer stated he had not seen anything like it before. Easy to install per our installer. Could be used better in a larger room verses bedroom as the fan is very strong. A nice retro feel with a twist of today style
