I'd love to review the product but I have yet to receive it. I ordered from this company as it stated online that it was in stock and would ship within a week. Over a month later, I still do not have an update on when I can expect it to arrive. At first I called and was told its arriving with the transporter (Metropolitan Warehouse) and they would call, a week later I called again for an update and they didn't have it in the system and could not find it. This triggered a replacement request. Then a day later I get a message from the transported to schedule a delivery time, I was delighted and scheduled delivery for the following week. Only on the day of the scheduled delivery to have it cancelled as they still do not have it....a week later only got another message saying it is still in transit so who knows when I'll receive it. I only ordered from Lumens because they said it was in stock so either they lied or they have terrible logistics and shipping services, either way I still do not have the produced I paid for as they charged my credit card immediately.

All of the stickers (covering the screws) fell off and the drawers are wonky. It looks great in photos but they definitely cut corners with manufacturing this product. #sweepstakes

I had been looking for a credenza for my office. It was very difficult to find. I think the internet keeps getting dumber and so searches for "credenza" just tend to assume you meant "desk", it was very annoying. Then I finally found this exact credenza that I wanted but on another site (I think Ethan Allen). They would only sell it to me with "white glove" [their term] delivery. I did not want or need that. On top of that, they wouldn't deliver for 3-4 months. Then I found Lumens. Got on a chat with salesperson Dontrell Andrews. He got me sorted, did some research on the delivery options, and how soon it could be delivered. He turned what had been many unsuccessful attempts to buy this thing into a successful one that got me the product delivered 21 days later. Really good customer service, clear, on time. I had not heard of Lumens before this order but I will definitely think of them in the future. #sweepstakes Oh, also the product is great. Looks very nice in person.
