Crane LED Desk Lamp

This walnut desk lamp lasted less than 2 years! I bought from Lumens, received it direct from Adesso Feb 7 2024, and it stopped working February 2 2026. The lamp wasn't even turned on all that often - it quit after only a few hundred hours of bulb/lamp life. Since you can't replace the LED bulb, planned obsolescence makes it the worst value in lighting I've ever wasted my money on. The build quality of the lamp head and all pivot points was very poor even when the light worked. Both metal and wood pivot points won't hold any position very well. Lamp head is supposed to pivot from side to side, but from Day1 there was NO tension so if I turned it to left or right, gravity made it swing right back to the center position again. Ridiculous. Tiny adjustment screw made no difference - never reached something to stop the loose swinging and clearly all around sloppy/poor quality manufacturing. Stay away - a total rip-off, especially at this price.

You use it for task lighting for which it's perfectly suited. I also applaud Lumen's customer service for quickly and efficiently resolving the issue with the first lamp I received by replacing it post haste.

I like this light. It looks nice and feels strong. I like that I can adjust the brightness too.
