The pendant arrived defective so I wouldn't be able to speak on how well it works installed. We have had this light for weeks now and each time we follow up or contact customer service, we receive a different answer. The customer support is not helpful, inconsistent and lacking on every level. Lumens is aggressive to sell the product but once an issue arises, they make it very difficult to resolve something as simple as a return.
