The lightbulbs cannot easily be removed from the socket. The entire interior portion of the fixture spins so it's difficult to change the bulb. Manufacturer says to turn off power, push up on socket while unscrewing or use a lubricant like WD 40. Now one of the lights no longer works but is beyond 1-year warranty

Horrible experience from beginning to end. The lights I ordered arrived and they looking NOTHING like the photos on the website. I initiated a refund that day. Waited 3 days and never even received confirmation that they received my request so I called. The customer service gal sent me the confirmation email. The email said it would be 5-7 days before I would receive my return shipping label email. Not sure why it takes so long. This is 2025 for heavens sake. A week went by, no email, so I called again. The customer service gal sent me the return shipping label and the email stated I MUST return the package within 3 days of getting the label. I printed the label and shipped back THAT SAME DAY. Four days went by and I received an email stating that I could just keep the lights or 'dispose' of them. Well, I obviously no longer had them as I was told they MUST be shipped back within THREE days or receiving my return label. Complete and absolute unorganized, unresponsive company with deceptive representation of their items.I will never, ever order anything from them again and I have told all of my friends and family the same. Rediculous.

My husband installed this fixture quickly and it looks great. He said it was easy to put in and the antique look of it is really special. The light that comes from it is bright enough.

You will certainly feel like you're at the seashore with this beautiful light. It's made from aluminum so it's very light. The bronze finish is lovely, however it scratches easily. Be cautious when you're putting the cage on the lightbulb. It adds character to your front door and works well.

This chandelier gives so much life to my livingroom. It is elegant, stylish but modern at the same time. It provided lots of light to my livingroom making it a great place to entertain friends and family. The brushed nickel finish allowed me to have endless possibilities to decor the livingroom. The installation was easy and the instructions were very clear. I used the assistance of my oldest brother, who also fell in love with this chandelier.
