- To keep your chairs looking beautiful, clean with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. Bleach may also be used, as well as hydrogen peroxide based cleaners (dilution level 1:10). Wash any film or residue with hot water. Alcohol based cleaners may appear to whiten the recycled polypropylene material. Should this occur, we recommend wiping it down with a lubricant such as WD-40 to remove any residue and restore the surface.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

Go to your order →Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.
Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
