Barchessa Flushmount

The Barchessa Flushmount from Il Fanale is a bold brass fixture made in Italy, offering vintage vibes with a simple construction. Assembled from brass and copper, it was inspired by the ‘Arte Povera’ or ‘poor art’ movement, focusing on commonplace materials repurposed for authentic and expressive creations. The circular canopy retains the fixture, transmitting a short posable stem to open lamping placed inside a shallow dish shade. The lamp can be posed off-center as needed, transforming its surroundings with direct downlight escorted by reflected radiance from the clean design and simple shapes.
