Atlas cannot send me the correct remote

It's incredibly frustrating wasting over $575 on a fan which remote is not compatible with the fan. I have had two different electrician companies that have failed to get the fan to work since either remote will not work . I waited too long to get a refund. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap fan.

Great fan, easy to install, and very quiet. The fan is very solid no wobble or noise at the highest level. The remote is a great addition. My dog approves as well, she lays underneath it now to cool off.
