Never use detergents, ammonia, oils, polish or varnish. For woven materials only: Use a soft brush to brush material lengthwise after to remove surface soil that might become stains later. Dust and dirt can dull the appearance of wool fabrics.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
