A sleek, modern beauty that deftly shapes the atmosphere and appeal of the room, designer Dave Ellis sought to create a more “constructed” look in his creation. The die-cast aluminum body connects directly to the ceiling and the set of three solid wood blades. Each blade is angled to provide maximum comfort in the space; the motor allows for six distinct speeds and a reverse function depending on the season. An optional, integrated LED light fixture can connect directly underneath the blades for added visual comfort.

This fan took some time to install. But it's beautiful and so quiet. It was one of few fans we could install without needing to add a third electrical wire. It's so great, we may get another.

We recently purchased a home that was built in the 1980s and had no ceiling lights or lighting fixtures in most of the rooms. As part of the overall lighting improvements for the house, we decided to add this fan/light combo to our primary bedroom. The decision to go with a product from Modern Fan was easy. Our last home had Modern Fan Company fans throughout the house. We used them regularly for almost 15 years, without any issues, and the one time I needed to relocate one of the fans during a remodel, the customer service rep from Modern Fan sent us free replacement parts without any issues. This new fan was easy to install and performs well. The light provides plenty of lumens to light up our large bedroom and the fan is whisper quiet, just like the ones we had in our old house. While these fans are a bit more expensive than other options, the proven quality and customer service makes it a worthwhile investment.
