Parisienne Chair

The chairs are incredibly comfortable and fit in with all types of decor. I only bought two to see how I liked them, I plan to buy more.

I spent a tremendous amount of time looking for an ideal transparent chair that I wanted to use with my vanity stand. All others were too bulky and too expensive for what I needed. Since I already own Calligaris furniture in the dining room, I took a look at what they had. The Parisienne Chair is perfect. It is streamlined and very comfortable. I really like the Calligaris line, their furntiture is well made, modern and as I mentioned comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase!

After searching far and wide, I purchased this chair in transparent for my mirrored vanity. It lacks the "wow" factor. I went to Bloomingdale's and saw the Louis Ghost chair that I liked much better, but the one with arms would not fit inside the vanity, and one without arms is too narrow. I have bought other Calligaris products in the past but was surprised that this one was just average. I think it looks better in pictures! The worst thing about this chair is that it drags on the floor. Most of the products I buy have a kind of padding at the bottom so that they don't scratch or drag on the floor. This one hasn't scratched my floor yet, but it does make a loud dragging sound. I hate that, especially for a product I will be using every single day. For the price and brand, it fell a tad short. I like Kartell better.
